When your eating habits feel out of control, life can too. Learn how to break the disempowering cycle of food stress, addiction, depression and weight gain—problems that plague ex-dieters. This 8-week course uses mindfulness practices to approach food and nourishment in a whole new way.

Following a step-wise approach, you will build a stronger nutritional base, stabilize blood sugar, and optimize production of serotonin and endorphins. Mindfulness meditation, and other body-mind practices are integral to the class. Through gentle self observation and present moment awareness, participants are able to develop a more conscious relationship with food. Find out how to break the cycle of food addiction and become more involved in life!
