Food, Mood and Energy
When your eating habits feel out of control, life can too. Learn how to break the disempowering cycle of food stress, addiction, depression and weight gain—problems that plague ex-dieters. This 8-week class provides the latest information on the effects of excessive sugar intake, the food-mood connection and weight management.
Following a step-wise approach, you will build a stronger nutritional base, stabilize blood sugar, and optimize production of serotonin and endorphins. Mindfulness meditation, and other body-mind practices are integral to the class. Through gentle self observation and present moment awareness, participants are able to develop a more conscious relationship with food. Find out how to break the cycle of food addiction and become more involved in life!
